FAQ

How often should my pool be cleaned/maintained by Tets Pools?

Thanks to the wonderfully warm climate in Southern California, you should be able to enjoy your pool all year round, which is why we suggest that your pool should be serviced once and even twice a week depending on climate and pool.

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve all of the San Fernando Valley area and surrounding cities (Beverly Hills, Burbank, Woodland Hills, Encino, Studio City, Toluca Lake). However, depending on your pool needs, we're willing to make exceptions. In fact, we've got clients in Pacific Palisades and the South Bay area.

What about emergency services?

If you are a new or even a one-time client, depending on the area and the problem, chances are we will still be able to help you.

A lot of pool companies don't respond to texts or calls right away, will this be a problem?

Tets Pools prides itself on excellent customer relations. We believe that every call or text is important so no call, or message is ignored, you have our word.

We would like to convert our pool to a saltwater system, can Tets Pools help?

Absolutely. In fact, at Tets we are knowledgable on all pool styles and types including ozone units. Contact us here to find out more.

Why is my swimming pool water green, murky, cloudy?

If your pool water is green - it is mostly due to green algae growth. The good news is that it's a common issue and can be easily corrected IF treated early.  We can help.

If your pool water is murky or cloudy, that's a slightly harder question to answer because it could be a number of things that could be causing it - from poor filtration, circulation, improper water or chemical imbalance.

Either way, we'll get to the bottom of it and get you back to clean, sparkling water in no time.
